A unique venue for creative gatherings

SPAACES offers a 1,000 sq. ft. industrial-style gallery just minutes from downtown Sarasota—perfect for intimate events, workshops, photo shoots, and private gatherings. Surrounded by artist studios and rotating exhibitions, the space provides a dynamic, art-filled backdrop. With seating for up to 40 or standing room for 80, the venue combines raw architectural charm—concrete floors, high ceilings, and contemporary art—with the energy of an active arts hub.

Rentals may take place between exhibitions or, when appropriate, during exhibitions. We ask that all events respect the artwork on view and maintain the integrity of the gallery setting.

Amenities include foldable chairs and tables, Wi-Fi, sound system, television, ADA-accessible entrance, ample on-site parking, bathrooms, and a small kitchen with refrigerator. An outdoor area is also available for gatherings, and music is welcome.
