Event Rentals at SPAACES

A Unique Venue for Creative Gatherings

Our 1,000 sq. ft. industrial-style space comfortably accommodates up to 30 seated guests or 40 standing. Due to the architectural nature of our warehouse building, accessibility, decorations, event types, and operating hours are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Rental Requirements

We require a signed contract and 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your date, your remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event, Special Event Liability Insurance required 10 days before the event, or a credit card will be held for potential damages. We accept payments via cash, in-state checks, or major credit cards, payable to SPAACES Foundation.

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the event. If SPAACES cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, all fees will be refunded. If full payment is not received 30 days prior, SPAACES may cancel your reservation without refund.
